I weighed 258 at 5'10..I started CFI on a regular basis. I Noticed good energy gains throughout the day with no crashes or jitters. I started noticing weight loss within the first week. I have tried many thermogenics and did not get good results so I was a bit hesitant to try CFI..a girlfriend of mine swore by it so I decided to take my chances with it. First let me start with I am a believer in ATS Labs..I have always been successful with their products. I started CFI on 3.26.2014 at 131 lbs...today is 4.12.2014, I am sitting at 116 lbs. This stuff is kick ass!! it kicks in when i get into hardcore mode..but on regular days, it gives me a good "pick me up".. as soon as i start working out,, BAM!!! highly recommend!

This stuff works great. Been taking it for about 3 weeks now and definitely seeing some results. Didn't have much weight to lose, just trying to get the bottom 2 abs to finally show. Taking Dialate with it which has creatine in it so I expected to gain some weight from that. With the CFI, I've stayed at the same weight and the abs are starting to show. Just make sure you drink plenty of water with it!

CFI Lives up to its name it is clearly insane. When you take CFI 15 minutes before your work out and you hit the gym Look out, "Game on". CFI keeps you going you don't get tired the more you do the more CFI kicks in. It allows you to stay focused and keep driving on until you decide to stop.
